Supra JZA80 Wagner Evo 1 Intercooler

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core (Tube Fin) with following dimensions 700 mm x 300 mm x 90 mm / 27,5 Inch x 11,8 Inch x 3,54 Inch. This high-performance core offers a 262 % larger frontal surface and 150 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is an excellent cooling property with minimal backpressure. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The installation is done by replacing the original intercooler and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring.

Inlet diameter: Ø63,5 mm/2,5 Inch ; Outlet diameter Ø76 mm/3,0 Inch
The kit also includes complete boost and charge pipes, to swap the intercooler into the front.

Important notes for the installation:
– 100% Plug and Play installation
– SMIC to FMIC swap (including all necessary parts)
– expansion tank has to be repositioned (included in the kit)
– cooling loop for the power steering has to be repositioned (included in the kit)
– charge pipes have needs to be replaced (included in the kit)
