Enter legendary Japanese tuning house HKS, which has designed a range of Suzuki Swift bolt on turbocharger kits, available now from principal HKS distributor Torque Developments plc.

New from Torque Developments International Plc, an HKS Super Turbo Muffler stainless steel exhaust system for the FD3S version of the Mazda RX-7. Featuring HKS’s unique ‘Slit Tip’ sound control technology and a 3 inch (74.7mm) main pipe diameter with no restrictions throughout to deliver optimum power response, whilst keeping noise at a sensible level. Unique to HKS, the inner slit shape of tailpipe produces an enhanced silencer effect and it was designed with inspiration from an owl’s wing.

HKS engineers noted that Owls fly practically silently, aided by the notch shapes of their wing tips that releases air to prevent drag and eliminate noise.
