The Cosworth High Flow Subaru Impreza Fuel Rail Kit is specifically designed for “top feed” style fuel injectors and is configurable for various fuel line installation scenarios. Each fuel rail is machined from solid aluminium and features a natural hard anodized finish for lasting durability.

Each kit includes  dash 6 AN fittings that will allow you to install fuel lines of your choice. This kit is intended for race and high performance applications for Subaru Impreza EJ20 and EJ25 engines as part of a fuel system upgrade and is not intended solely as a direct replacement for the factory fuel lines and fuel rails.

Highly tuned fast road and racing engines require upgraded and improved cooling systems to ensure maximum reliability. One of the most important – but frequently overlooked – components in the cooling system is the thermostat.

Hence why legendary high performance engine specialist Cosworth Engineering has launched a range of upgraded thermostats that open at a lower temperature than the original equipment equivalent and are now available from TDi-plc. Covering a wide range of tuned cars, including the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, Subaru Impreza and Nissan 350Z, the Cosworth thermostats reduce the engine temperature by approximately 10 to 15ｰC compared with that of a standard thermostat. 

In addition, the Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostat improves coolant circulation through the engine by starting the process earlier than the original equipment thermostat.

Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostats are engineered with the optimum temperature range in mind for high performance racing use as it is very easy to over cool the engine by either removing the thermostat completely or using a thermostat that is not designed for the specific application. Additionally, over cooling can cause engine damage by preventing critical engine components from reaching their ideal operating temperature, altering the required clearances for safe operation. Another important feature of Cosworth LowTemp Thermostats compared to other brands is the ability to precisely control the flow of coolant when the valve opens. Each assembly is precision built by one of Cosworth’s skilled craftsmen using only the finest components from the firm’s parts catalogue to ensure maximum reliable power and performance for Subaru Impreza enthusiasts.

Starting with a new Subaru EJ257 semi closed deck block, Cosworth meticulously diamond hones each bore to guarantee perfect piston to cylinder wall clearance. The block is then assembled with Cosworth forged pistons, motorsport grade forged H-Beam connecting rods along with high performance rod and main bearings and a new STI forged crankshaft. For maximum performance and reliability on very high output engines, an optional steel billet crank is available (CS600X).

Once the cylinder block assembly is completed, Cosworth installs a pair of our CNC machine port-bored Big Valve Cylinder heads with its proven “S2” camshafts, complete with valve lash set to Cosworth specifications. The cylinder heads are secured with Cosworth high performance 11mm steel studs and sealed with a Cosworth high performance stopper layer steel head gasket.

Finally, Cosworth installs a blueprinted, high pressure oil pump for maximum lubrication. This proven engine combination has been used by top teams to win race and rally events in both North America, Asia and Europe.
