Any person that contracts or employs Torque Developments International PLC to undertake any work or provide any parts for high-performance road or racing applications, does so on the understanding that no liability whatsoever will befall Torque Developments International,  and that no warranties expressed or implied will apply to parts or labour unless otherwise clearly stated.

Torque Developments International retains the right to charge £50 plus vat per day for the storage of any car which remains uncollected after the completion of the works.

Torque Developments International retains the right to charge an interest of 3% above Libor on any outstanding or unpaid debts.

Torque Developments International does not accept any responsibility for accidental damage to vehicles whilst in its care.

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that his vehicle is insured for theft whilst it is in the possession of Torque Developments International PLC.

If any of these terms and conditions should be deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which such terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability, and in relation to such state or country.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Torque Developments International liability for death or personal injury resulting from Torque Developments International PLC’ negligence.

Returned Goods (Distance Selling)

Returned goods must be authorised in advance by Torque Developments International.

The consumer has the right to cancel seven days after delivery.

Goods that are not in their original condition are not returnable to Torque Developments International.

Returned Goods (Bought from Store)

Returned goods must be authorised in advance by Torque Developments International.

No returns will be accepted later than 10 days after the supply date.

Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge.

Goods that have been supplied that were not originally in stock are not returnable to Torque Developments International.

Goods that are not in their original condition are not returnable to Torque Developments International.

Complaints

We will investigate and respond to any complaints about our products or services.

If you’ve taken out finance to fund your purchase and your complaint is about your finance, such as your monthly repayments, interest or charges, you should contact your lender directly to complain to them.

If Black Horse FlexPay or Newpay are responsible for the product or service that you have complained about, then we will forward your complaint to them to investigate and respond. In accordance with FCA rules on complaint forwarding, we will write to you to confirm who will be dealing with your complaint and how you can contact them.

If your complaint is about how we introduced you to finance, we will refer your complaint to MBNA Limited trading as Black Horse Flexpay. Our company has been appointed by MBNA as their Introducer Appointed Representative and they will be responsible for resolving your complaint.
